Posters remain on the boards for the 1 1/2 day assigned.

Posters must be mounted on your assigned and numbered poster board  on the September 5th in the morning and removed by September 6th 3:00 pm.

The oral presentations should be in English.

For keynote/invited speakers and for selected short oral presentations, the allocated time includes time for Q&A.

 

NOTE

Use a 16:9 format to build your slides.

Ensure you save in the same file on your USB key, all video files that are linked in your slide show if you want to ensure a smooth presentation.

​

The conference center uses a PC computer. We advise to also save the conference files as PDF in case of technical problems with the PowerPoint presentation.

​

No Prezi presentation or any application requiring an internet connection allowed.
